To ensure the safety and efficiency of proceedings amidst expected congestion related to the Solar Eclipse event, all oral arguments scheduled for Monday, April 8th, 2024, will be conducted virtually.

Parties previously opting for in-person argument will automatically switch to remote participation via the Court's trusted platform. All parties involved will receive sign-in credentials on the morning of April 8th. It's essential for participants to ensure they are able to sign on from a location with an adequate internet connection, a functioning web-camera, and microphone. For guidance, parties may refer to the remote argument tutorial.

The court will begin calling cases at 10:00 AM. Any party not present at the time their case is called will have their argument deemed submitted.
