Due to COVID-19 concerns, we encourage all who do not have to appear in person to view the oral arguments live via the Court’s website (the arguments are also archived and available for later viewing): ad4.nycourts.gov/go/live.
Please Note: The guidelines listed here, current as of November 16, 2022, are subject to amendment in accordance with changing directives of State and federal health authorities.
You Should NOT Enter A Courthouse If You:
- Have flu-like symptoms now or a fever within the last 24 hours; or
- Have tested positive for COVID within the last 5 days; or
- Have been directed to quarantine, isolate or self-monitor at home for the coronavirus by any doctor, hospital, or health agency.
You MUST Wear a Mask in the Courthouse If You:
- Left isolation within the past 5 days after recovering rom COVID; or
- Have had close contact with a person testing positive for COVID within the past 10 days.
