Petitioner having moved for an order suspending the respondent attorneys named on
the attached list for their failure to comply with attorney registration requirements in violation
of Judiciary Law § 468-a and 22 NYCRR 118.1, and this Court, by order entered
December 27, 2019, having directed respondents to show cause in writing on or before
March 27, 2020, why an order should not be entered suspending them from the practice of
law for their failure to comply with attorney registration requirements, and the Court having
subsequently extended the deadline for written responses to the show cause order to August 1,
2020, and the respondents named on the attached list having either failed to respond to the
order of this Court or failed to show cause why they should not be suspended,
