​Matter of Attorneys in Violation of Judiciary Law § 468-a, Order Extending Deadline for Written Responses.

By order entered December 27, 2019, this Court directed 59 attorneys to show cause why they should not be suspended from the practice of law for failing to comply with attorney registration requirements. Due to the ongoing COVID 19 public health emergency, the Court has entered an order extending the deadline for attorneys who remain delinquent to file a written response to the show cause order.
