Presiding Justice Gerald J. Whalen has directed that, effective immediately, all valid attorney ID cards issued by the Unified Court System (Secure Passes) will be honored by the Appellate Division, Fourth Department.

Attorneys presenting valid passes will be granted access to the Courthouse and will not be required to go through security scanners.

Please be advised, however, that such access may be restricted by the Court on specific dates and/or specific times that will require all persons, including attorneys, to pass through the secure screening process.
