Appeal from a decision and order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (John B. Licata, J.), entered March 22, 2023. The decision and order, insofar as appealed from, denied the motion of Mahmoud Kulaylat, M.D., for summary judgment and directed that defendants Kaleida Health and Buffalo General Hospital remain vicariously liable for negligence and damages that may be attributable to Kulaylat.
