Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Alex R. Renzi, J.), rendered January 25, 2017. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of conspiracy on the second degree, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (three counts) and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree.
