Away Messages
You may also follow this process to temporarily set your greeting while out of the office. When you return, set a new greeting.

1. From any phone dial 585.530.3030 to connect to CallPilot.
2. Enter your mailbox number and password.
Your mailbox number is your 5-digit extension.
3. From the main menu PRESS 8 then PRESS 2.
4. PRESS 1 to record your external greeting.
Note: If you ONLY record an external greeting it will be played for ALL callers.
5. PRESS 5 to begin recording and PRESS # to stop.
Options after you record a message:
[2]: Review the Recording
[7][6]: Delete the Recording
[5]: Record Again
How to Record Your Name:
Log in to your mailbox. (unless already logged in)
Press 82 then 9 (Personal Verification)
Press 5 and wait for the tone.
Say your first and last name (Extension # if you wish)
Press # sign to stop recording
