UPDATED 12/28 -- All arguments scheduled for the Court's January 2022 Term ( Jan 04 to Jan 13 ) will be conducted virtually via the Court's remote argument protocol.  Any party that has not yet registered for in-person or remote argument must confirm remote argument no later than December 31 or their argument will be marked as submitted.  Parties that have already selected in-person argument do not need to take any further action – their argument will be set to remote and they will sent the needed credentials via email the morning of their scheduled argument.
