IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE COURT’S OPERATIONS - DECEMBER ARGUMENTS

Due to the increased risks caused by the recent spread of the novel coronvirus that causes COVID-19, oral argument in all matters in which argument has been requested for the Court’s November/December term, commencing November 30 and concluding December 10, will be held remotely via the Court’s remote argument platform. Information regarding remote argument will be sent to parties who requested in-person argument prior to their scheduled argument date. As always, interested members of the public may watch the Court’s oral argument sessions, which begin at 10:00 am each day, via the Court’s website at https://ad4.nycourts.gov/go/live/.
In addition, effective immediately, the Court will be reducing in-office staffing in an effort to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. Although the Court’s staff will be working remotely and will promptly and diligently attend to all matters, there may be a slight delay in response to correspondence and other filings that are not received by the Court electronically.
We thank the public and members of the bar for their cooperation and understanding as we deal with the public health threat posed by this pandemic. Best wishes to all for health and safety during this holiday season.
