Pursuant to Rule 1250.9 of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division effective September 17, 2018,
parties are required to file digital copies of records, appendices and/or briefs with the Court. In the Fourth
Department, such digital copies of records, appendices and briefs will be filed via secure upload on the Court’s
web page, at the following address: ad4.nycourts.gov/dcopy.
The web page will include easy-to-follow
instructions on how to upload the required documents.
Note: It is not necessary to obtain an Appellate Division
Docket Number before uploading the required documents.
