The Appellate Division Courthouse will be closed to the public on Monday, December 24, 2018, Tuesday, December 25, 2018 and Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Filing deadlines that fall on either Monday, December 24, 2018 or Tuesday, December 25, 2018 will be extended to Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Filing deadlines that fall on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 will be extended to Wednesday, Janaury 2, 2019.
