Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Christopher S. Ciaccio, J.), rendered May 16, 2018. The judgment convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of grand larceny in the fourth degree, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree and assault it the third degree.
