Appeal from a decision and order of the Supreme Court, Steuben County (Patrick F. McAllister, A.J.), entered June 1, 2022, in a proceeding pursuant to Election Law article 16. The decision and order, insofar as appealed from, denied the motion of the Parent Party for leave to intervene, to alter the petition requirements and to schedule a primary for the office of United States Senator for August 23, 2022.
Please be advised that the Court will convene at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, to hear election appeals. The filing deadline for appellants is Friday, July 1st; respondents’ deadline is Wednesday, July 6th; and the deadline for reply briefs is noon on July 8th.
