Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Mark J. Grisanti, J.), entered September 29, 2020. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted the cross motion of defendant Janice Alix for summary judgment and dismissed plaintiff's Labor Law §§ 240 (1) and 241 (6) causes of action against said defendant.
