Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Douglas A. Randall, J.), rendered October 9, 2015. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of manslaughter in the second degree, vehicular manslaughter in the second degree, driving while intoxicated (two counts), reckless driving, passed vehicle on right, speeding (two counts) and failure to stay in lane.
