Appeal from an amended decision and order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Gerald L. Neri, J.), entered September 1, 2020. The amended decision and order, insofar as appealed from, granted the motion of defendant Crouse Medical Practice, PLLC, for summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs' claims with respect to various employees of said defendant and denied the cross motion of plaintiffs for summary judgment.
