Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Vincent M. DiNolfo, J.), rendered February 27, 2015. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. On September 5, 2013, defendant shot Raheem Williams and David Campbell. Defendant was acquitted of assault in the second degree. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms, the greater of which is 25 years to life.
