Appeal from a judgment of the Livingston County Court (Dennis S. Cohen, J.), rendered October 31, 2019. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of aggravated unlicenced operation of a vehicle in the first degree (two counts); driving while intoxicated, as a misdemeanor; speed in zone; failure to comply with a lawful order; failure to use a turn signal; failure to keep right; no seat belt and failure to submit to a field screening device.
