Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County (Julie A. Cecile, J.), entered July 15, 2019 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10. The order, among other things, determined that respondent Jefferson P., had neglected the subject children and placed him under the supervision of petitioner for a period of 12 months.
