Employee Opt-In for Mobile Email Access

To maintain the integrity and confidentiality of court records, you must opt-in to access your nycourts.gov email from a mobile device or any computer not physically connected to the court network.

OPT IN - I would like access to my email from mobile devices, a laptop and/or my home computer.

OPT OUT - I have no plans to access my email from outside the office at this time. I know that I may later opt-in if that changes.

I have a cell phone

I have cell service at my home

I plan to access my email or calendar from my mobile device (phone or tablet)

I plan to access email from a web browser when not at the office

I have a court-issued laptop which I use outside of the office

I connect to a calendar shared with me on my mobile device
